Boston - Day 2
We woke up and booked tickets for the Boston Duck Tour but it wasnt until later. So we walked in the sunshine to FenwayPark, home of the Boston Red Sox and the oldest professional stadium in use in Major League Baseball. As there wasnt a game on (which we would have been able to get tickets for anyway - see the photos of Boston and the sold out signs!) we decided to do a stadium tour which was really good and we both enjoyed it. We then visited the club shop and Paul bought a Red Sox cap.

Afterwards we walked back downtown to where the Duck Tour pick up was. A 'Duck' is a World War 2 vehicle that could go on both land and sea - this drove us round the streets of Boston and also into the Charles River. The tour guide was really funny and made us shout and quack at people on the street - at one point we pulled up outside a Starbucks with loads of people outside and he made us shout 'Go to Dunkin Donuts' at them as we pulled away - some of the looks on the coffee drinkers faces were priceless.

We were both quite tired after this so Cath caught up on emails and Paul had a little sleep!

Then in the evening we went out for a nice meal at a restaurant that you could sit outside at and they had loads of little fairy lights in the trees. We then had a little walk and stopped off at a cheesecake factory and both had a slice! We then had a few beers in our hotel room and booked on the Boston-New York Chinatown bus which cost $15 each - fingers crossed we get to NY in one piece!
